If you come to visit us with your pet:
a. Dogs are allowed in the shopping centre except for toilets, nursing rooms, children’s areas and food shops, where only guide dogs are permitted
b. We are sorry, but your pet will not be allowed to enter establishments with a sticker on their façade informing of this prohibition.
c. Only one pet per person is allowed in the shopping centre.
d. Don’t forget the leash, you will have to keep your dog on a leash at all times. The leash must not be extendable or longer than one metre.
e. Keep your pet by your side at all times, it is not allowed to climb on the furniture.
f. For your and your dog’s safety, avoid using stairs or escalators. Instead, use the lift and politely ask other users who are going to use it at the same time as you and your pet if they have any problems (except guide dogs).
g. If your dog has an escape, don’t forget to clean up immediately and, if necessary, ask the shopping centre staff for help.
h. If your pet is a PPP-qualified dog, it must be properly muzzled and on a lead, and comply with all requirements set out in the legislation.
i. If your pet barks frequently at strangers, cause conflict with other dogs or is a frequent runaway, we ask that you try as far as possible to avoid bringing him/her along.
j. Security staff may ask the owner of any pet that does not comply with the regulations to leave the shopping centre, as well as in cases in which an incident occurs between doggy friends and causes a nuisance to other visitors.
k. People who enter the shopping centre with their pets are responsible for their behaviour and assume full responsibility for any damage or harm their pets may cause to third parties and the shopping centre facilities. Likewise, they must comply with all the regulations and have all the documentation required.
